waiting to get on a plane!!!

First of all I want to thank everyone who donated money so that I could go on my missions trip to Japan for a month!!! I am waiting for the plane to Texas and after will be flying to Tokyo! I hope to update as much as possible with info, pics and all around awesomeness!!! unfortunately I do not know if i will have internet...

Magic Circle

This is my diagram of the magic circle or magic loop used in amigurumi patterns. I thought I would share it with you!!!
This summer I have planned to put my crochet patterns into pdf format. This would mean new items in my store!
Things have been crazy with school and my computer and camera have been acting up.
been thinking of making a web comic. well, more than thinking. I am making the comic, just don't know if I am going to put it online.

Paper Yarn!!!

I have read about spinning paper, but I never had a reason to try. So tonight while brainstorming for my paper vessel project I decided to make some and see where that takes me! I thought it would be much harder than it was! It was really easy and the yarn is really strong!

ok wow... It's really been a while!
So anywho.. I have been printing like a mad woman today! I am making tshirts and postcards to sell for a fundraiser to go on a missions trip to Japan! So I used a speedycarve block and some screenprinting ink and made an utter mess!!!!

Sooo... I can't find my camera... but marcia (http://marciafurman.blogspot.com/) told me I should also post awesome things I find, really cheap (cuz I'm I thrifty person who has no moola! ) soooooooo mine first post is on this aawesome Korean website! atseoul.com My favorite part is the awesomeness of the stamps and pencil cases!!! I bought so many gifts! Don't be suprised if you thought you ordered a different color because most of the descriptions is in images which does not translate, but everything is so awesome it doesn't matter much! The prices are great and the shipping is really reasonable. It is measured by weight so it only cost about 7 $ for a whole box of yayay goodies!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

why hello. I have gotten a job, which means that I now have munies, but unfortunately alot less time for all this stuff! so sad. weeellll I have a bunch of items to go on etsy, photos ready and such, but I have no time to get it on. I'll try to update at least once a week, but no promises. It has been chaos. ^_^

Finals done and finally moved back home! hope to finally update normally once again, but I do not know how often. hopefully once a week at least. A puppy showed up at our door last saturday and so she has been here tormenting me for a week. Don't get me wrong, I love her to death, but she keeps running off with my yarn and animals and likes to pee the carpeting. Someone never trained her so she is about a year old and a grade A stinker! cannot wait to get everything back in order!
